By accessing and using the Cabanyes Community platform (“Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Membership

Access to the Cabanyes Community platform is by invitation only. Membership is limited to residents and property owners within the Cabanyes urbanization.

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Membership is personal and non-transferable

3. Acceptable Use

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Respect other community members
• Not post offensive, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Not use the platform for commercial purposes without permission
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Content and Liability

Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the platform. Cabanyes Community:

• Does not endorse user-generated content
• Reserves the right to remove inappropriate content
• Is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service
• May suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cabanyes Community and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
